    The service agent was waiting for me, and we talked about the car, then he directed me to the waiting room, halfway through the service, he came and checked on me, and answered some questions. After the service was done, he came to me and had me sign the paperwork, and showed me where my car was. Thank you Gregg Young Buick GMC!

    When we.cpuldnt make our schedules work for a.recall, Tony in the service dept stepped in & sent someone to pick up & return our car. They even gave us a new loaner car to make sure we were not inconvenienced. And we live 30 miles out of town. They've made phone calls to make sure we are satisfied with the service they've given. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

    This was the first vehicle that I've purchased from Gregg Young in Indianola. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during the sale and after. It was a used vehicle in great condition, but had a couple items I wanted looked at after test driving it. I mentioned it to them during the purchase and it was taken care of promptly and perfectly. Gregg Young will certainly be my first go to when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle as well as anyone who asks me where to go.
