Gregg Young, owner and President of Gregg Young Chevrolet, began his journey in the automotive industry back in 1989, starting as a used car salesman at a Chevrolet dealership. His drive and commitment to excellence quickly propelled him into leadership roles.

By 1996, Gregg had risen to the role of General Sales Manager, setting the stage for his next big move. In 2000, he purchased a Chevrolet dealership on Omaha's north side, officially launching Gregg Young Chevrolet. Six years later, the store relocated to its current home at 180th and Dodge in the Village Pointe Auto Mall. There, Gregg and his team established a reputation for outstanding customer service and competitive pricing, growing the store into one of Nebraska's highest-volume Chevy dealerships.

The dealership's success led to expansion and a growing family legacy. Gregg's oldest son, Alex Young, now leads as the Managing Partner at Gregg Young Chevrolet Plattsmouth. This expansion was the foundation for the Gregg Young Automotive Group, which today includes Chevrolet dealerships in Omaha, NE, Plattsmouth, NE, and Norwalk, IA. The group also represents Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Plattsmouth, and most recently, added Buick GMC in Indianola, IA - proudly serving drivers from nearby areas like Ankeny, Pleasant Hill, and Knoxville.

Gregg's leadership in the automotive community has not gone unnoticed - he was recently nominated for the esteemed Time Dealer of the Year Award, an honor reserved for dealers who demonstrate outstanding business success and a strong dedication to community service.

Community involvement remains a core value of the Gregg Young team. Gregg and his employees proudly support a variety of local organizations, including the Mid-America Pinewood Derby with the Boy Scouts of America, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Angels Among Us, and the Omaha Home for Boys. In memory of his late father, Gregg founded the Fair Deal Open golf tournament to benefit the Omaha Home for Boys and further their important mission.
